Our sole purpose is to promote and expose talented poets. We do ask that when engaging with our site and others, you keep these etiquette policies in mind so that everyone may have the best experience possible:

• Please don't "crash a Featured Poet's party" by asking others to follow you or check out your work. A feature is all about giving attention to and praising a poet for work that really stood out, so please give them some love, but don't make it about yourself.
• We do not accept direct messages as submissions unless specifically asked for, so be sure that what you're sending was requested, or it will most likely end up deleted and never seen.
• Feel free to message us with any questions you have, but do try to avoid the, "When will you feature me?" or "I've tagged you in all my work, why haven't I been featured?" questions. We have a small team who go through thousands of incredible poems each day. Have patience, but please remember that we cannot guarantee a feature.
• Use community sites to find poets you enjoy and follow them! Support their work! True support (not just tapping the like button) is the most authentic way to gain a positive tribe here. Give your honest, positive support and be assured it will be returned.
